Publication settings can now help prepare the details around a public page without taking over the final decision to publish.

## What changed

- Suggest a short, lowercase public address from the document.
- Draft a search-friendly description based on the content.
- Check reserved names and address collisions before publishing.
- Keep every suggestion editable and require an explicit publish action.
- Preserve redirects when a supported public address changes.

AI prepares the metadata; the author still reviews and publishes the page.
