Folders are useful for location; tags now provide a second way to organize work by meaning.
What changed
- Create colored tags with one level of parent and child organization.
- Filter by any or all included tags.
- Exclude tags or focus only on untagged documents.
- Save useful filter combinations as smart views and pin the ones you use often.
- Add or remove tags from several selected documents at once.
- Rename, merge, recolor, and retire tags without rewriting document content.
Tags stay workspace-scoped and complement the existing folder tree.
